Job Summary

This role seeks a proactive QA Manager to ensure pharmaceutical quality systems operate flawlessly within a strict GMP environment. Day-to-day responsibilities involve coordinating solutions for quality-related issues, continuously optimizing Quality Assurance systems in line with current GMP standards, and planning essential laboratory activities. A critical component of the role is the meticulous review, creation, and release of quality-relevant documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), protocols, and production documentation. Furthermore, the manager will be instrumental in preparing for and accompanying regulatory audits and external inspections. Candidates must hold a scientific degree or comparable technical qualification and possess initial practical experience in Quality Management (QA/QC). Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, particularly GMP, is essential, alongside fluency in German and good working knowledge of English.
