Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious IT Technician focused on elevating technology solutions for clients by providing comprehensive first-level IT support. Day-to-day tasks involve managing Service Requests and Incidents, conducting detailed error analysis, and implementing initial solutions through on-site support and functional testing. The technician will be responsible for the entire lifecycle management of IT systems, including the setup, exchange, and decommissioning of hardware, along with software installation and configuration, and administration within Active Directory. A key part of the role is instructing users on new hardware and software. The ideal candidate must hold a completed qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, combined with practical experience in user support and working proficiently with ticketing systems. Good knowledge of server and desktop virtualization is also essential. This position offers a permanent contract, diverse continuing education programs, and flexibility through mobile work options.
