Job Summary
This role is ideal for an ambitious IT professional looking to connect people and technology by providing essential first-level support. Day-to-day responsibilities include the intake, analysis, and processing of user inquiries from headquarters and various locations. You will be responsible for logging, classifying, and resolving or escalating incoming incident reports using a ticketing system. Key technical tasks involve managing a Microsoft Active Directory and performing software installations and troubleshooting on end-user devices. The successful candidate should possess a completed degree or vocational training in IT, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, coupled with initial experience in IT support and help desk operations. Experience with the Office 365 environment is highly desirable. This position offers an attractive opportunity to work on exciting projects with established IT solution providers, supported by comprehensive training programs and the stability of a permanent contract.
