Job Summary

This role involves leading and coordinating all testing activities within the power electronics domain, focusing on components like inverters, DC/DC converters, and onboard chargers. The Test Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases, adhering to development models such as the V-Model or agile processes. Key day-to-day tasks include overseeing test execution across various environments (HiL, SiL, test bench, vehicle), documenting results, and collaborating closely with development, quality assurance, project management, and external partners. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Computer Science, possesses several years of experience in test management, preferably within power electronics or the automotive sector, and is familiar with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 26262) and tools (CANoe, DOORS).
