Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious Physicist to drive the development and refinement of sophisticated adjustment processes crucial for high-performance optics and illumination systems used in the semiconductor industry. Day-to-day responsibilities involve designing new adjustment technologies, optimizing current processes, defining and implementing process KPIs and data analysis tools, and coordinating development tasks within project teams. The successful candidate will also conduct simulations and experiments to budget current and future processes and scientifically oversee product ramp-ups. Essential qualifications include a university degree in Physics or a comparable field, excellent written and spoken English skills, and strong teamwork abilities. Knowledge of technical optics and a doctoral degree are highly advantageous.
