Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious Research Associate focused on Quality Assurance to ensure the technical perfection of cutting-edge development projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and evaluate risks, defining and coordinating external testing procedures, and conducting necessary internal lab tests. You will also analyze lifespan influences based on product returns from the field and collaborate closely with specialized departments to approve manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Physics, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field, ideally supplemented by knowledge of optics and optical measurement technology. Success in this position requires strong communication skills and good proficiency in written and spoken English, enabling you to act as a reliable team player trusted to maintain the highest standards of quality and risk mitigation across various technological sectors.
