Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious Scientist specializing in Metrology Algorithmics to drive the next generation of technological solutions for key clients. The core responsibilities involve coordinating and executing the development of measurement processes, specifically within interferometric metrology. Day-to-day tasks include investigating and analyzing measurement processes using both theoretical and experimental methods, creating, testing, and optimizing algorithms for evaluation and calibration procedures, and implementing these algorithms into manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will also lead projects within this specialized field and simulate and optimize measurement and calibration procedures. Key qualifications include an advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Physics or Mathematics, strong programming skills (Python, MATLAB, VBA, VBS), and excellent knowledge of optics and optical metrology.
