Job Summary

This role requires a dedicated professional to take ownership of planning and potentially construction management, adhering to HOAI service phases 1-8, specifically within the domain of electrical systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing comprehensive technical concepts and translating them into ready-to-execute solutions for various construction projects. The Specialist Planner will manage overall electrical planning for both new construction and extensive renovation initiatives. Candidates must possess a successful qualification as a Specialist Planner for Energy and Building Services Technology, or an equivalent background such as a State Certified Technician in Electrical Engineering. Solid technical expertise in electrical and communication technology is mandatory. Experience with industry-specific planning processes, particularly according to HOAI, is highly advantageous.
