Job Summary

This role involves managing technical support and service operations for national and international customers, focusing on connecting people and technology to deliver the perfect match for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and coordinating support service concepts for various systems, devices, and test equipment, alongside conducting necessary training sessions. A key part of the role is maintaining repair documentation, analyzing data, creating failure statistics, and deriving corrective actions. Furthermore, you will be responsible for leading projects and programs post-series production. The ideal candidate holds a technical degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, possesses experience in technical customer care, and is proficient with support tools, systems (like ticketing and remote maintenance software), and MS Office (especially Excel for data analysis). Fluency in both German and English, coupled with a high willingness to travel globally (minimum 50%), are essential prerequisites for success in this challenging and rewarding position.

Required Skills

Education

Completed technical degree with a focus on Electrical Engineering or comparable qualification
