Job Summary
This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd Level IT Support, acting as a crucial interface between field staff and internal departments. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware (notebooks, desktops, iPads, iPhones, printers) and software, including proprietary applications. The specialist will also handle the installation of new hardware and software, manage user accounts in Active Directory, and configure mobile devices (iPhone/iPad) using the MobileIron MDM system. Key requirements include a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist or a comparable qualification, excellent hardware and software knowledge, and initial experience in 1st and 2nd Level support.
