Job Summary
This role is for an ambitious IT Support Specialist focused on connecting people and technology by optimizing and integrating IT systems for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical assistance to users and system administrators at both server and client levels, independently managing tickets within the First- and Second-Level Support structure, and escalating unresolved issues to Third-Level Support. A key part of the role involves contributing to and developing the helpdesk knowledge base and conducting user training. Candidates must possess a completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration or an equivalent qualification, coupled with solid professional experience in 1st and 2nd level support, focusing on both software and hardware troubleshooting. Expertise in utilizing ticketing systems and familiarity with the ITIL framework are essential prerequisites for success in this challenging and rewarding position.
