Job Summary

This role involves defining and managing the product backlog for IT solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budget. The IT Product Owner will be responsible for the continuous maintenance, prioritization, quality assurance, and acceptance of user stories and features, both for the current and upcoming Program Increments (PIs). A key component of the role is driving continuous improvement across the product, backlog, and team collaboration, while actively optimizing development processes and participating in risk management. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification, along with a Product Owner certification. They must bring several years of professional experience in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban) and proficiency with tools like Jira and Confluence. Excellent German language skills (C1 minimum) are required, with very good English skills being advantageous.
