Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious Process Engineer specializing in electronics manufacturing, focusing on optimizing and developing production technologies for printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic assemblies. The core responsibilities include conceptualizing, developing, and implementing new manufacturing processes, ensuring seamless production introduction in close collaboration with the Quality department. The engineer will conduct detailed process observations to analyze workflows, identify optimization potential, and reduce manufacturing costs by evaluating drawing changes in partnership with development teams. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification, possesses experience with PCB manufacturing technologies, and ideally has knowledge of IPC/ECSS requirements. Professional fluency in both German and English is required for effective communication within this challenging, high-tech environment, potentially involving aerospace projects.
