Job Summary

This role involves the programming and commissioning of sophisticated automation solutions for industrial manufacturing plants and machinery. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing comprehensive control concepts, drafting functional descriptions, and creating specific control software, safety control software, and user interfaces (HMIs). A critical part of the job is defining interfaces and data communication protocols between various systems. You will ensure functionality through simulations and rigorous system tests, culminating in the internal and external commissioning of machines at customer sites, including process trials and production ramp-up support. The ideal candidate holds a degree or vocational qualification in Electrical Engineering or Automation Technology and possesses practical experience programming PLC systems, specifically Siemens Simatic S7 and TIA.
