Job Summary

This role requires an engaged and experienced professional to drive the planning, development, and implementation of innovative wind energy projects, actively contributing to the energy transition. The developer manages the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to final permitting, serving as the primary contact for all internal and external stakeholders, including authorities, community representatives, and cooperation partners. Daily tasks involve rigorous budget oversight, ensuring timely project realization, and proactive risk identification concerning implementation, scheduling, and costs. A key responsibility is identifying, assessing, and acquiring suitable land for wind farm sites. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant degree (e.g., Energy Technology or Business Administration), strong organizational and communication skills, and preferably several years of experience, ideally in a leadership capacity. The position offers flexible working options, including up to four days of mobile work per week, making it an attractive opportunity to execute impactful renewable energy initiatives.
