Plant Electronics Technician | Anlagenelektroniker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of automated production lines, specifically focusing on VGSI module assembly and thermoset encapsulation. The Plant Electronics Technician will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and repairing manufacturing automation equipment, requiring a background in technical fields like process mechanics, mechatronics, or industrial mechanics. Key daily tasks include analyzing sources of malfunctions, proposing and implementing plant optimizations, and actively participating in the industrialization and capacity expansion of production lines. Candidates must possess at least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience, particularly with automated manufacturing systems, and be proficient in standard MS Office, SAP, and ideally ITAC. The position requires flexibility, including working in a 3-shift rotation cycle and weekend shifts, demanding a high degree of reliability, quality awareness, and strong teamwork skills.
