Job Summary

This role as a Program Management Specialist (Organizational Support) involves crucial coordination and organizational setup within a major development project for Scheidt & Bachmann Signalling Systems. Day-to-day, you will be instrumental in building organizational structures, introducing new work methods and processes, and supporting resource management using IT tools. A key responsibility is preparing high-level reports (including business case updates and risk assessments) for the Supervisory Board and Management. You will also manage and coordinate regular meetings with internal and external partners, ensuring smooth organizational flow, and assisting with organizational topics like onboarding and role definitions.
