Job Summary

This is a strategically relevant leadership role as the Team Lead for Analysis and Consulting within the central Controlling department. You will be responsible for the technical, organizational, and disciplinary management of a ten-person team. Day-to-day activities involve actively supporting executive management and clinic directors by providing expert consulting on controlling-relevant issues, coordinating internal planning, and preparing detailed analyses and ad-hoc evaluations. A key focus is the continuous development and optimization of internal reporting and controlling instruments. Candidates must possess a degree in Business Administration (preferably focused on Health Management or Controlling) and several years of professional experience specifically in hospital controlling, coupled with proven leadership skills.
