Job Summary
This role involves leading and coordinating critical rail infrastructure projects focused on Passenger Information Systems (Zugzielanzeiger) around the Nuremberg area. The Project Manager will oversee projects from initial planning through to successful implementation, acting as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including the railway company, public authorities (EBA), municipalities, and external service providers. Key responsibilities include rigorous monitoring of costs, deadlines, and quality, supporting site inspections and acceptance procedures, and participating in tender and procurement processes. The ideal candidate is highly reliable, organized, and proficient in project management tools, ready to take ownership and ensure reliable project delivery within the complex railway environment. This position offers flexibility with remote work when not required for on-site meetings in the Nuremberg region.
