Job Summary

This role involves working as a Compliance Specialist within an innovative pharmaceutical company, focusing on maintaining and improving quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include processing and coordinating cross-departmental Change Controls and material qualifications (packaging materials and disposables). You will act as a subject matter expert, coordinating the creation and processing of cross-departmental regulations, CAPAs, and deviations. A key part of the role is communication, decision-making, and presentation during audits, inspections, and supplier inquiries, requiring fluency in both German and English. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a scientific field with initial professional experience, or a Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related fields, coupled with excellent GMP knowledge and organizational skills.
