Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced IT Technician to provide comprehensive IT services within the Personal Systems, Datacenter, and Networking environments for a key client in the IT services sector. Daily responsibilities include executing individual assignments (Incidents and IMAC services), performing hardware installations, and handling client-side troubleshooting for both hardware and software issues. The technician will also configure and install PCs, notebooks, and printers, support users with mobile devices (iOS/Android), and assist remote teams with network problems. Required qualifications include formal IT training or at least one year of practical IT experience, proficiency with ticketing systems, and strong MS Office skills. The position offers a permanent employment contract and competitive compensation. Strong German and English skills are essential for success in this international client environment, along with a Class B driver's license for necessary on-site support.
