Job Summary

This role requires an experienced IT professional to manage the worldwide commissioning, integration, and service of complex IT systems connected to advanced sheet-fed offset printing machines. Day-to-day responsibilities include networking IT systems with prepress and database environments, integrating printing presses and server hardware into diverse customer IT infrastructures, and performing detailed problem analysis on-site. The specialist will also handle the assembly and acceptance testing of optical measuring and control systems globally. Key qualifications include vocational training in IT or a related technical field, strong knowledge of networking, server hardware, and databases (specifically Oracle and PostgreSQL). The position demands excellent English communication skills, a willingness to travel extensively worldwide for service assignments, and flexibility for shift work.
