Job Summary
This role involves managing and overseeing the technical building equipment (TGA) aspects of complex construction projects, focusing specifically on Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary (HLS) systems. The Construction Manager will participate in the calculation and tendering processes for TGA trades, evaluate planning concepts, develop alternative solutions, and manage external planning services. A key responsibility is the procurement and control of subcontractor performance and on-site construction management. Candidates should possess a technical qualification in HVAC/Plumbing (Technician or Master Craftsman level) and ideally have initial professional experience in high-rise construction execution. The position offers a varied and challenging role within a highly motivated team, providing opportunities to apply new technologies in complex projects within an established, future-oriented construction company.

Completed vocational training in Heating / Ventilation / Sanitary, with further qualification as a Technician or Master Craftsman, or equivalent qualification
