Job Summary

This leadership role involves taking technical responsibility for Quality Assurance and Material Testing at the Schrobenhausen site within the building and insulation materials sector. Day-to-day activities include analyzing and optimizing chemical and physical production processes, resolving quality issues, improving production recipes, managing customer complaints, and preparing for internal and external audits. The ideal candidate holds a qualification as a Material Tester or Technician, backed by multi-year professional experience in quality management and a strong technical grasp of manufacturing processes. Experience in project management and knowledge of aerated concrete production are beneficial.
