Job Summary

This role seeks a reliable Materials Testing Technician in Duisburg to join the team on a permanent, full-time contract. The primary day-to-day responsibility involves performing non-destructive testing (NDT) on components using various methods, specifically Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Penetrant Testing (PT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Visual Testing (VT). Key qualifications include a completed vocational training in a relevant technical field (such as Industrial Mechanic or Machining Mechanic) and significant professional experience in non-destructive testing, particularly multi-year experience with UT on complex component structures. Candidates must hold valid NDT certifications (UT, PT, MT, VT) at Level 2 and possess good German language skills.
