Job Summary

This role involves supporting clients through digital transformation and successfully implementing digitalization projects, including developing applications, BI reports, dashboards, and automation solutions. The consultant will leverage expertise in ERP systems and SQL to visualize critical business data and KPIs, while driving 'Modern Work' initiatives using the Microsoft 365 suite (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive). A core part of the job is analyzing and optimizing client business processes, translating complex technical procedures for end-users, and engaging in continuous learning of new technologies like JSON for interfaces and process automation. Key requirements include strong technical skills across the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), foundational knowledge of Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, AD), and experience with at least one major ERP system. Successful candidates must also possess strong analytical thinking, client consulting experience, and proficiency in both German and English.
