Job Summary

This role is based in Rostock and involves leading a small team of 2 to 5 electrical testers, ensuring the electrical safety and quality of on-site inspections for customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing comprehensive electrical checks, primarily on portable equipment, identifying electrical hazards and defects (such as insulation values, protective conductor resistance, or external damage), and digitally documenting all findings using diagnostic software and smartphones. The Team Leader is responsible for coordinating the testing workflow, answering customer questions regarding execution, and generating official measurement protocols and error reports directly from the diagnostic software. Candidates must possess a completed electrical technical qualification, demonstrate meticulous work habits, and enjoy customer interaction.
