Job Summary

This role seeks an Electrical Testing Team Leader based in Nersingen, dedicated to providing high-quality electrical safety checks for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities involve leading and coordinating a team of 2 to 5 inspectors on-site, ensuring the electrical safety of portable equipment through mandatory Electro-Checks. You will digitally record potential electrical hazards or defects, such as insulation values or protective conductor resistance, using diagnostic software and smartphones. A key function is generating automated measurement protocols and error reports directly from the software. You will also coordinate the testing schedule with clients and liaise closely with project management regarding assignments. The ideal candidate must have completed electrotechnical training, possess a meticulous and careful work ethic, and enjoy direct customer interaction. Proficiency in German is required, and good English skills are preferred for guiding international team members.
