Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Master Electrician to take on significant responsibility for the AC installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of photovoltaic (PV) systems and charging parks in the Mannheim area. The successful candidate will assume departmental responsibility for AC installations, providing technical leadership to subordinate staff, and ensuring seamless collaboration within the team. Key requirements include a completed certification as an Elektromeister (Master Electrician), ideally coupled with experience in the photovoltaic sector. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive hourly wage (up to €27.00/hour, negotiable based on qualifications) and a high likelihood of timely direct permanent employment with the client. The position requires strong communication skills, a responsible attitude, and a self-reliant, solution-oriented work ethic.
