Job Summary

This role involves performing critical quality control tests on human blood and tissue samples, tissue preparations, and environmental samples within a specialized biotech environment focused on developing cell-free allografts for heart valve prostheses. The successful candidate, ideally a certified Biomedical Technical Assistant (BTA) or equivalent, will be extensively trained to conduct QC testing and assist in processing donated tissue into regenerative, cell-free allografts, contributing directly to products with high societal relevance. The work takes place across diverse settings, including S1 and S2 laboratories and a Class C cleanroom. While a background in microbiological and biochemical analytics, quality management, and LIMS systems is beneficial, the company recognizes that training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity to gain specialized experience in medical device quality control. Fluency in German is required for communication and documentation.
