Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for a Data and Research Specialist to join a major telecommunications client in Bonn or Darmstadt, focusing on the labor market sector. The specialist will be crucial in structuring and analyzing large datasets, primarily utilizing advanced features in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, Pivot tables, and VBA. A key function involves conducting targeted, AI-supported research into labor market and industry trends. Day-to-day tasks include deriving insights from internal metrics, identifying external data sources, and preparing compelling visualizations using Microsoft PowerPoint (diagrams and infographics). The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analysis or market research, excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, and a highly analytical, structured approach to work. This position offers a high percentage of remote work days and the chance for contract extension.
