Job Summary

This role offers a motivated student the opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of a large real estate portfolio, focusing on over 4,000 locations. The working student will support the IT Product Real Estate Management team in analyzing, developing, and automating strategic and operational property processes and associated IT applications. Key responsibilities include independently handling smaller projects related to process design, data analysis, and the application of AI solutions, as well as conducting technical tasks like IT security audits and system interface connections. The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in higher education, passionate about technology and innovation, possesses basic knowledge of data analysis, and has strong communication and organizational skills, coupled with excellent German proficiency. This part-time position (14-20 hours/week) is an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience in integrating modern IT solutions, IoT, and AI into real estate management within an international context.
