Job Summary

The Packaging Engineer will be responsible for developing and optimizing technical packaging concepts tailored for international agricultural technology projects. This role involves conducting rigorous testing under realistic handling and transport conditions to ensure the quality and functionality of packaging for diverse products, including metal, plastic, electrical, and electronic components. Key responsibilities include selecting appropriate materials based on technical, economic, and sustainability criteria, creating detailed technical packing instructions, and collaborating closely with Logistics, Engineering, Purchasing, and Sales teams. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Packaging Technology or a related engineering field, coupled with several years of experience in technical packaging development within global supply chains. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, technical precision, and proficiency with CAD systems to drive continuous improvement based on KPI analysis, such as damage rates.
