Data Engineer specializing in AI & Power BI | Data Engineer (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is pivotal in driving the energy transition through solar power by focusing on data infrastructure and advanced analytics. The Data Engineer will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing ETL pipelines using SSIS and SSAS, and developing scalable on-premise Tabular models with a strategic plan to migrate to the cloud. A key part of the role involves creating and managing Power BI reports, ensuring data availability, and implementing Row-Level Security (RLS). Collaboration with internal stakeholders is essential for developing tailored reporting solutions and defining KPIs using DAX measures. Mid-term responsibilities include creating and deploying impactful Machine Learning solutions utilizing Azure AI services like Azure ML, Cognitive Services, and OpenAI. Candidates should possess strong SQL and Python skills, experience with Azure data platforms (Data Lake, Synapse, Fabric), and a background in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
