Job Summary

This role involves architecting and developing cloud-based applications, specifically leveraging Microsoft Azure, within the 'Digital Products' department of a leading global manufacturer of filling and packaging systems. The App Architect will be responsible for the full development lifecycle, including conceptualizing and implementing automated tests to ensure high software quality. Key day-to-day activities include participating in interdisciplinary Industrial IoT (IIoT) projects, with the potential to take on partial or full project leadership responsibilities. Candidates need a degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience, coupled with strong software engineering fundamentals, design pattern knowledge, and proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., TypeScript, C#, SQL, Python). This position requires a reliable team player with strong communication skills in both German and English, a hands-on mentality, and a structured, flexible approach to work.
