Job Summary

This role requires a dedicated professional to take holistic responsibility for the strategic direction and management of products within the Industrial Coatings sector, maintaining a strong focus on customer needs. Key daily activities include guiding the complete product development lifecycle, from initial concept through to market introduction and phase-out control. The Product Manager will continuously engage with customers to gather feedback, ensuring product improvements are aligned with market demands. Responsibilities also cover the operational and strategic alignment of specific product groups, particularly Topcoats/Sealants, and defining product strategies in coordination with various stakeholders to meet corporate goals. Candidates must possess a technical degree in fields such as Surface Technology or Paint Chemistry, coupled with several years of expertise in surface coating or paint development, ideally in sealants, electroplating, or tribology.
