Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Chromatography Product Manager within a successful, medium-sized mail-order company supplying high-quality products to labs, research institutions, and manufacturing firms nationally and internationally. The core responsibilities involve the independent management and continuous development of the Chromatography product range, including expert technical consultation for customers regarding chemicals and handling related complaints. The manager will actively build and expand supplier relationships, develop sales and marketing strategies, write product-specific promotional texts, and conduct internal training sessions for the sales force. A scientific background in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Food Chemistry is required, coupled with strong technical knowledge and practical laboratory experience in Chromatography techniques like GC, HPLC, and TLC.
