Job Summary

This role involves acting as the dedicated Product Owner for the Laboratory Information and Management System (LIMS) within a successful, medium-sized mail-order company specializing in high-quality products for laboratories and research institutions. The LIMS Product Owner will be responsible for the continuous support and development of the LIMS, including gathering and prioritizing requirements, analyzing and optimizing laboratory, testing, and quality management (QM) processes within the system. Key responsibilities include planning and executing system validations, tests, and rollouts, ensuring data integrity, providing second-level support, and analyzing quality-relevant KPIs. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in IT or a related technical/scientific field, coupled with several years of practical experience administering or configuring LIMS, and deep knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management standards.
