Job Summary

This role is for an organized and analytical Energy Manager to join the site operator of a major Chemical Park in Frankfurt-Fechenheim. The professional will be responsible for the strategic planning of energy needs (electricity, natural gas, heating oil, and steam from the biomass power plant), managing procurement processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance across energy tax registration, BEHG implementation, CO2 certificate trading, and electricity tax. Key responsibilities also include network management for the closed distribution network, meter management, consumption data collection, and billing. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Electrical Engineering with business administration knowledge or Business Administration with an energy technology focus, coupled with 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
