Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Electrician or Electronics Technician to join a machinery and plant construction client in Düsseldorf. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation and connection of various electrical components, such as lighting, resistors, and sensors, and the precise mounting of cable routes according to construction and assembly drawings. Key tasks involve cutting cable ducts, attaching holders, performing drilling, punching, and soldering work on components, and crimping connectors like Deutsch connectors. A critical part of the job is ensuring the professional laying and fastening of lines based on cable lists, connecting lines using circuit diagrams and terminal plans, and identifying and correcting faulty schematics. The ideal candidate must possess a 3.5-year technical education as a qualified electrician, experience in switch cabinet or machinery construction is desirable, and basic German language skills are required for reading technical documentation and communication.
