This is an exciting opportunity for an electrically-minded professional to join an in-house team in Innsbruck, providing essential technical support for electro-technical products and solutions. Day-to-day, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and service technicians, handling technical inquiries via phone and writing. A core part of the role involves diagnosing and analyzing technical faults, finding effective solutions, managing complaint processing, and providing technical guidance for ongoing customer projects. Success in this role requires a completed vocational education in an electrical field (such as Electronics or Mechatronics) or an equivalent qualification (HTL), coupled with proficiency in IT systems and MS Office.
