Job Summary
This role is an exciting opportunity for an IT professional to join a leading company specializing in supporting large IT clients in the Mannheim area. As an IT Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing 2nd level technical assistance, handling detailed fault analysis, and developing appropriate solutions for users either on-site, over the phone, or via remote access. Day-to-day tasks include installing and configuring new software and meticulously documenting all solutions within the internal knowledge database. The ideal candidate will have a completed IT vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or comparable qualification, coupled with initial experience in telephone support, strong knowledge of networking and hardware, and familiarity with ticket systems and common Windows operating systems.
