Job Summary

This System Engineer role, based in Nuremberg, involves ensuring the smooth operation, configuration, and optimization of IT systems and network infrastructures for an established IT service company. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and tracking measures for effective IT system troubleshooting, monitoring system operations, identifying anomalies, and integrating new hardware and software components. A key focus is on knowledge management, involving the creation, maintenance, and updating of FAQs, troubleshooting documentation, and company-wide knowledge databases. The ideal candidate possesses solid experience with current operating systems (server and client side), including MS Exchange and MS SQL Server, practical knowledge of hardware diagnostics, network technology, and monitoring tools.
