Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position seeks a Quality Manager specializing in Microbiology for a pharmaceutical industry client in Idar-Oberstein. The core responsibilities involve ensuring the highest quality standards through rigorous process management, deviation handling, and documentation control. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and evaluating process deviations, implementing corrective actions (CAPAs), and thoroughly reviewing and updating testing instructions, SOPs, and risk analyses. The ideal candidate must possess a scientific degree focused on Microbiology, combined with at least two years of relevant professional experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical sector. Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements for microbiological quality control is essential, alongside excellent organizational and communication skills in both German and English. This role is crucial for maintaining compliance and driving continuous improvement in microbiological testing and quality assurance.
