This role as a Production Planning and Control Specialist involves ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of manufacturing processes, particularly within the automotive sector. The specialist will also actively contribute to process improvement initiatives, including participating in Value Stream Analyses and assisting in the planning and development of new production line layouts and procedures. Candidates must hold a degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Logistics and Supply Chain Management and bring several years of relevant professional experience, ideally within the demanding automotive industry. Success requires a structured, goal-oriented approach, proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems, and the ability to work independently and flexibly within a team environment.
