Job Summary

This role as a Pharmaceutical Production Documentation Specialist involves ensuring the highest quality and compliance standards for a leading, research-oriented global pharmaceutical company in Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm. Day-to-day responsibilities focus heavily on rigorous documentation control, including reviewing completed batch documentation, verifying data transfers, and assessing the completeness and plausibility of all entries. You will be responsible for evaluating In-Process Control (IPK) results against established specifications, reviewing machine and equipment documentation regarding process flow, and controlling adherence to standing times and total manufacturing time. A key requirement is a completed vocational education in a pharmaceutical profession, such as a Pharmaceutical Technician or PTA, coupled with proven experience in creating or reviewing pharmaceutical documentation. Success in this role demands reliability, responsibility, and strong proficiency in MS Office, ideally combined with SAP knowledge.
