Job Summary

This role involves taking ownership of the precise cost estimation for civil engineering and earthworks projects within one of Germany's leading turnkey industrial and commercial construction firms, BREMER. Day-to-day responsibilities include independently calculating project costs, analyzing complex technical documents such as geotechnical reports and soil surveys, determining precise material quantities, and obtaining competitive quotes from subcontractors to ensure current market benchmarks are met. The Estimator will also be responsible for preparing conceptual plans during the bidding phase, developing project scheduling using MS Project, and managing the cost-secure and timely awarding of subcontracts. Key requirements include a completed degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering, or a certified Construction Technician qualification, coupled with an analytical, results-oriented, and independent approach.
