Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Rhomberg Sersa Rail Group as a Construction Manager focusing on national track construction projects, initially within the 'Bahnallianz Lübeck Lensahn' partnership project with Deutsche Bahn. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall site management, including coordinating schedules, managing construction processes, and leading subordinate site managers and foremen. Key challenges involve ensuring high-quality execution according to plans, managing costs, securing the material supply chain, and engaging in the digital transformation of construction sites. Candidates must possess a technical background in civil/track construction, significant professional experience in track construction management, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in German, coupled with economic acumen and effective communication abilities to liaise with various stakeholders and alliance partners.
