This role is for a motivated Materials Tester specializing in Metal Technology, responsible for the preparation and execution of various material testing procedures. Key daily tasks include preparing test samples, conducting tensile tests, X-ray fluorescence analyses, coating thickness/roughness measurements, folding, and cupping tests. The professional will manage and document material characteristic values as part of incoming goods inspection, qualify material grades, and block orders that deviate from specifications. Essential qualifications include a completed apprenticeship as a Materials Tester, specialized knowledge in sample preparation, and a commitment to precision and shift work.
