Job Summary

This leadership role involves ensuring high software quality and standardization for custom machinery, specializing in special crane construction, manipulators, and handling equipment. The Technical Lead will be responsible for planning and executing quality assurance measures across all project phases, including integration tests, factory acceptance tests, and comprehensive documentation of results and deviations. A key focus is the standardization and optimization of PLC programming guidelines and quality assurance methods, ensuring functionality, reliability, and cyber resilience. After an initial onboarding period, the successful candidate will assume personnel responsibility, leading the team of PLC programmers and managing their tasks and workflows. This position requires deep technical expertise in automation, PLC programming (specifically Siemens TIA Portal), and software testing methodologies, coupled with strong organizational and communication skills to lead technical teams and collaborate internationally.
